Satjeevan Organic Ragi Finger Millet can be ground and cooked into cakes, puddings or porridge. It is a rich source of protein, carbohydrates, and dietary minerals such as calcium, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamins B2, and vitamin B3. It can be consumed mixed with milk, boiled water or yogurt. It could be made into flatbreads, including thin, leavened dosa and thicker, unleavened roti.
