SATJEEVAN ORGANIC STORE is an independent organic and vegan groceries business in the heart of Mumbai. Satjeevan means "True Living" in the ancient Sanskrit language, a way of life that is non-violent and ecologically sane.

Our high-quality organic non-gmo products are sourced from dedicated farmer groups who are committed to organic farming. We personally visit and encourage our farmer friends to go beyond organic and help revert the land back to its pristine origin. Those who practice traditional indigenous cow based natural farming, along with wild harvesting and heirloom seed planting, are preferred over high-tech mechanized agrofarms that replace bio-diversity with hybrids and mono-cropping. We sincerely believe that permaculture and forest farming are the keys to protecting our environment and providing us with a sustainable future.
