Organic Raw Vegan Protein Energy Ball Recipe

Ingredients:

Steps: 1. Remove the seeds from the medjool dates, and chop the seedless dates into tiny pieces. 2. Crush all the different nuts into small pieces. 3. In a large steel bowl, mash and mix all the ingredients into a smooth paste. 4. Add or reduce the ingredients as needed. 5. Once the desired smoothness and consistency is reached, roll the mixed smooth paste into small bite-sized balls. Your power snack is ready! Notes: Serves 15-20 persons Preparation 20 minutes
